In the evening through the Red-village pass, in the direction of Romania, was headed by a citizen of Ukraine in 1998 of birth, a citizen of the city of Ivanov-Frankik, accompanied by his father. There were false documents during the border control that, for example, contained obscene information, or there were false signs.

Main circumstances are:

1. Ukrainian citizen and his father crossed the Ukrainian Russian border through the launch of Krasnoilsk.

2. When the border documents were checked, they were found invalid.

3. The processed documents were carefully explored and fixed by the respective services.
